The interview process felt disorganized overall. Communication leading up to the interview was inconsistent, and I had to reach out multiple times to confirm the date and time without receiving a timely response. Upon arrival, the scheduled interview did not begin on time, and there appeared to be some confusion around the process. During the interview, several questions regarding the role and expectations were not clearly addressed. In addition, the scope and responsibilities of the position seemed to change during the process compared to what had initially been discussed. As a newer company, it gave the impression that some hiring and interview procedures may still be developing.
