Firstly there is a preplacement talk where they talk about the company and job role.
First round was apty,(quants,verbal, and some input/output questions) it was okay.
Next was group discussion , situation based with 5-6 people at a time.
Lastly interview.

it was fine. The interview was very standard. the manager and the HR rep were on the call and asked typical interview questions. they however, ghosted me after the interview for weeks and only gave me a rejection email after asking them for updates twice.

Questions need to be answered in the classic STAR method (S=Situation, T=Task, A=Actions, R=Results). Questions are asked in such a way, to apply to their 10 principles.
