First I had to complete an application form, than an online test and than I had a skype interview with someone from Belgium (Hudson company - it's a recruiter). Questions were quite obvious such as why you have applied to InBev, what are your strengths and weaknesses, your biggest achievement and few questions about my CV. Also I was asked to explained which field I am mostly interested in. After this interview I got an answer within a week that I was successful and they will invite me for an assessment day (it's been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for an invite...)

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
