I had a pre-interview coffee with a member of the national advancement team. The conversation felt a bit like an interrogation and was less than tactful on issues regarding race and qualifications for the position. I was invited for a second interview, but declined. It should also be noted that I called the office three times to tell them, and no one ever answered the phone.
