First a phone interview. On-site was not technically difficult. As with most interviews, they just want to make sure they like you personally and feel that you'll fit in. They have been known to deliberately avoid showing you the antiquated facilities where you'll be working. Even worse, they may impress you with new facilities when in fact they have nothing to do with where you'll work.
