Interview arranged through professional acquaintance from current employer's customer. Initial interview conducted by telephone. It lasted about one hour. Questions were related to work experience. Subsequent interview at the company's site in one on one setting and panel setting. Questions were situational based. Sensed good feedback from the interviewer if the responses th the questions were spontaneous as opposed to being practiced.
