I’d say the interview process was quite straightforward, with typical interview questions. Everything proceeded very promptly—perhaps due to the urgency of the role or because an external firm was handling the hiring, as I was headhunted. Excluding the initial chat with the HR representative, the first session was with the functional manager, and the second session was with potential future teammates.
