Brought in for a tour a few days before interview. If you like a completely unprofessional work environment filled with profanities and foul language used everyday this is the place for you. You get the feel as a woman this is a boys club mentality and this behavior is acceptable. I was stunned at the line of questioning and language used and couldn't believe the gm & assistant gm were conducting themselves the way they were. You will also at some point during the interview be insulted. After discussing my ability to be detail oriented, the assistant gm said there was a period missing from my resume and he is so detail driven that kind of sloppiness would drive him crazy, this was his parting shot. Not the place for me. It speaks wonders for the type of membership that belong to this club that this is the leadership they have hired to run this beautiful club. No one should endure a profanity laced interview with illegal questions thrown in the mix.

Brief interview. Went into the club and met with the pool director one time. Asked a series of questions about yourself and wanted to get to know you. As long as you are personable and meet the requirements of a lifeguard, you should be fine.
