More of Interactive round talked about my Job profile and expectations from EPAM. - 2nd Round of Interview was technical scheduled after 3 days of my general interview. - After 2nd round not shortlisted.

It starts with the HR interview, where we discuss my background, experience, career goals, and reasons for applying to the company. The HR interviewer asked questions about the my motivation, communication skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
The next was the Technical Interview: where they are tested on my technical skills and knowledge relevant to the position. The technical interviewer asked challenging questions, problem-solving exercises.

To join epam 1 interview with HR, another technical interview that took around 2 hours, and a final manager interview. The overall interview experience was above the others and have enjoyed the process.
