Recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn then got call and interview was scheduled on Sunday. Interview included questions from development, delivery manager role, project management, solution architect role and agile methodology. After going through this interview on Sunday, I was expecting at least a feedback even negative one was fine. But even after dropping email and contacting recruiter on LinkedIn they could not even reply back. Worst interview experience in my entire career.

The process included one HR and two technical interviews at EPAM. HR was professional and smooth. Technical rounds weren’t very challenging, focusing mainly on past experience rather than deep technical evaluation, with more emphasis on communication and role fit.
