Overly tedious interview process that does not respect your time. There is a 30 minute required watching video where the owner brags about his business that is placed at the END of the online questionnaire, and further required steps before they will even look at your application. The sad reality is that anyone who has the actual skills they are looking for will have to much respect for their time to play these games.
If you're going to require everyone to watch a 30 minute video under the guise of "weeding people out", put that in the very beginning. Reminds me of those online services that lure people in with all the features, asks them a bunch of personalize questions, and then slap a paywall at the end before they get results. Wish I looked them up on glassdoor sooner.

Starts with an online aptitude test and some free text questions about understanding the job ad, then there was a short video interview, then a long and complicated but paid test assignment, then an interview reviewing my assignment, and I was given an offer right on that review interview.
The test assignment was hard and required a lot of effort to do it well, but it was worth it as I got offered the high end of the advertised bracket.
