I had an initial remote interview and then two rounds of in person interviews. The first interview was with a middle manager type who I think was in his first ever manager role, then more senior people.

They did not really ask questions but spent the time talking about the company, how great it was, and how great they were.
It was more like a sales pitch than professional interview.
