Hiring process consisted of an application form, cv, cover letter, online test covering numerical reasoning, video interview which covered general strengths based questioning and company knowledge, and assessment centre, which comprised of talks with engineers from different plants and then an interview with 2 engineers/hiring staff.

Very friendly and open-minded interviews in three steps. First management and directly afterwards on supervisor level, third on general management and HR level.
Questions were rather on general level, than technical expertise.

Questions asked were more on interest and fit, rather than technical expertise as it was just an internship interview.
