Interviewers were friendly and process was very smooth. First round was with junior supervisors and second round was with department heads (senior supervisors). Once you have cleared the first round, you would be notified for the second round wthin a couple of weeks

How will you explain distillation to a Primary 5 student?
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
