Completed a successful phone interview with no call back. The conversation was brief with only HR. I would have expected the hiring manager to be on the call. Said they would email to schedule the second interview, but I never received anything back.
The interview process was straightforward, starting with an initial screening call followed by one or two structured interviews focusing on skills, experience, and cultural fit, with timely feedback provided afterward.
Automated interview scheduled because of which one cannot contact HR directly for the feedback. Not recommended if you are not contacted by HR. SQL questions. I was seeing the post has been kept on reposted in linkedIn for months.
