Interviewer missed our initial scheduled call. No phone number provided to call in myself. Never apologized for missing our interview, just thanked me for being flexible and rescheduling. Had an interview, thought it went well, said they'd keep in touch about updates. Never got another email, or phone call. Several follow ups and I gave up.

The environment was very casual. The people were kind and welcoming. The interview process was informal, but the did have a few prepared questions. Nothing was shocking or unexpected – only typical inquires such as working style, job description preferences, etc.
