I was referred by my friends and they gave me one of the madam's contact number to call her and take appointment for the interview.I called her on 15th april and she told about all the interview process,the following is the interview process 1)First round Technical(10 programs of simple,moderate and tough of the concepts on OOPS concepts,Strings,Functions,Arrays,Flowcharts). You can write in C,C++,Java or in .Net 2)Second round is English Aptitude in which you may have Synonyms,Antonyms,sentence completion,sentence correction,comprehension etc which are the basic English aptitude 3)Third round is Essay writing in which you must write 150 words to the topic which they give.I got to describe about my native.you must be good in spellings,sentence formation and tenses. 4)Final round is HR interview in which they check your confidence,relocation,attitude and communication skills! That's it if you are good in programming skills and in English you can crack the interview easily.

2 rounds technical - mostly related to your work profiile very easy if you know even the most basic things in your profile HR- only negotitation will be there nothing much to say here
