3-4 interviews, 1 excel test - 1 case study HR interview was simple Excel test was average- asked lot of problems to solve functions and wanted to explain how you did case study was challenging 3-4 people asked different cases and wanted to ask how you respond culture and environment interview was easy

First interview with recruiter happen quickly only couple days after applying on their website. It took several weeks for in person interview in their NYC office. I met with three people, none of which were very engaging. One was more concerned about the time so he can get to his meeting. Other two lack personalities and seem uninterested. It’s been 3 months since I’ve interviewed and last time I reached out to HR I got reply saying the two people were traveling and he hasn’t gotten back in touch with me. Instead of keeping me in back burner they should just tell me they are interested in other candidates. Total waste of time. From other reviews on here I’m not surprised just because they are a startup and growing fast doesn’t make it ok to be unprofessional and unresponsive. It’s a sign this isn’t a good place to work at if they treat potential employees with no respect. Glad I dodge this place.
