Very Bad experience with tech gaint. From LinkedIn job I found this job. I applied on on Infosys career site. Then I received a mail for education, experience, current package and expected package details. Then they schedule interview in afternoon which went very well. Then in evening I received phone call for Technical details verification who asked what tools used for what Java experience. Next received mail for applications form and documents submission. On next day got call for HR round and saying your current CTC is very good for Senior System Engineer we are offering 5.5 LPA with deductions which is half of your current CTC. Want to move next or not. Obviously person with higher package will no for less package. Very first I submitted the education, eand expectations details but they haven't checked in complete process very bad experience.
