CV submitted through online application on their website. Was first rejected through automated reply, but thanks to networking was added to pool interview. Received an email for a phone interview few days later. After the 20 min of phone interview, was further contacted few days later for a face-to-face on-site interview in Geneva. Three persons were present, only women that were very nice to me and the interview was done half in French, half in English. The second interview was mainly composed of behavioral questions, they specifically asked for STAR answers. Received a negative answer without reason two weeks later through automated reply.
