Got a phone call from 2 managers who gauged my interest in the company. Passed the initial screening and they flew a lot of candidates out to tour the plant in Orlando.
Interview:
Panel of 5 managers.
Mostly behavioral questions centered on resume, past and current projects and interests.

Tell me about a time you and a teammate clashed on ideas and how you solved the issue.
Received a prescreening email, asking questions pertaining to the position, I responded to the questions. A few weeks later, received another email tell me I was no longer under consideration.
Phone call, interview, offer. Interview was very easy questions about how you would approach different situations but nothing too specific needed or challenging. As long as you are somewhat prepared with examples of difficult situations you'll be fine.
They described a bit about the role, and then asked standard interview questions, followed by consenting to a background check. nothing out of the ordinary. The interviewer was friendly and took a real interest in what I had to say.
