Email from recruiter then sent me to the interview location. The entire process was facilitated over emails, never did a phone interview or spoke with anyone via the phone until I arrived at the interview location. Interview setting was a group of 3 people, the hiring manager and two other subcontract admins.

What was an instance where you had to deal with a difficult customer, and how did you resolve the issue.
It was very difficult and employers weren't as friendly as hoped. I was really discouraged during my interview. It made me not want to reapply. I would recommend not interviewing
The interview process at this company was very streamlined and a simple process to go through. I enjoyed the transparent communication throughout the entire hiring process. Everything was done within a couple weeks.

The interview wasn't incredibly difficult. There were a lot of situational questions to gauge experience and knowledge. There were about 3 people on the call taking turns asking the questions.
