First phone screening then, an in person interview (at the time) with about 4 peers. Some technical questions but they seemed to go off resume. They did fly me out in person.

Many questions were asking concerning my skill set, knowledge of Regulations, how I would handle work situations, what my accomplishments were and where I want to go within the company
