My initial contact with the corporation was for a phone interview. I was contacted by an employee within the team asking if I would have 30 minutes available for a phone interview. At the beginning of the phone interview, the employee mentioned I had passed the resume screen, and depending on the results of the phone screen, I may be invited back to for an in-person interview with all expenses paid and per diem provided for meals and hotel. The phone interview lasted 30-minutes and consisted of 5 behavioral questions. At the end of the interview, I was given the opportunity to ask the interviewer any questions regarding their work and experience at Lockheed Martin. Overall, the interview was a pleasant experience. After passing the phone screen, I was invited to attend an all-day interview on Lockheed Martin campus. This time, there were 3 interview sessions. Two of the sessions were 1:1 (a- one 1:1 with a colleague, b- one 1:1 with a HR representative). These interviews last almost 45 minutes, with 5 minutes for questions and feedback). The third session was a panel interview with 5 members of senior/executive management. The panel interview lasted almost an entire hour and consisted mostly of behavioral questions, but the leadership provided very little feedback during the interview process. I was expected to answer all questions in STAR format (Describe the Situation/Task, the Action I took, and the Results of my actions). The panel interview was quite stressful, but due to my extensive preparation, I passed the interview without any issues.There were also times during the interview day where I could meet and greet with other candidates and take a brief tour of the work facility.
