I talked to three mid-level managers and 1 senior manager. Each interview was for 30 to 45 minutes. Managers seemed very busy and they had trouble finding the senior manager. Apparently he wanted to talk to every candidate, but no-one knew his schedule. In terms of interviewing, there seemed to be little coordination among the managers e.g. I was asked the same questions by two managers.

The interview format was panel interview following the STAR interview method. The panel consisted of three manager and one HR representative. The interview was about an hour. Afterwards the hiring manager gave me a tour of the facility.
