I first applied on the website, by filling in some online forms. This part was a bit frustrating, since the forms they had were not very usable. My application went through to HR and then to the team that was offering the position. I was contacted by the team leader and called for an interview. I had a long discussion with four of the team members. First they told me about their projects and what they needed help with. Then they asked about myself. The questions were pretty straightforward, and there were no trick questions. The discussion was quite friendly and open. They asked a bit about my skills, but I think they were more impressed by my proactive attitude and willingness to learn. They sure appreciate honesty. I was then called and made an offer a week or two later.

The interview process was quite simple, consisting only of resume screening. My qualifications and experiences were evaluated to assess my suitability for the position. There were no additional interviews or assessments involved in this stage of the process.
