interview went as expected. did a technical, took "splash test", and had to be "salon certified" (another way of saying test) passed all of them and got the job with my experience level. my advice, common sense is key, if you're not savvy then you shouldn't go for this job. you have to be quick on your feet to keep up with your co-workers. you're a team that competes with each other for clients.
