I applied through the student worker program and had a referral. It took three weeks until I was contacted by someone from Atrium, a 3rd party recruiting company, and I was invited for an interview. The woman who interviewed me was very nice and she made the process easy. After my interview it was another couple weeks until I heard back from the recruiting agency with an offer.

General questions about my background and behavioral scenarios. Questions on relative skills and previous experience on the technical aspect. There were 3 interview levels, with the first being with an external associate

Question about previous experience and challenges I had to overcome
interviewed through hirevue which was awful. Only gave you 1-3 minutes to prepare and did not allow retries. they asked multiple behavioral questions and i believe it was only 3 questions
I interviewed for their Pfizer Futures internship program and interviewed specifically for the Global Commercial Analytics internship. The interview was only 1 round (after a digital hirevue) and was entirely behavioral (they might have changed the format since)
