The process started with an HR phone screen by a very professional HR rep. Then I was invited for an onsite 1:1 interview, then I was invited back for 4 onsite 1:1 interviews, including one where I presented an example of my prior quantitative analysis. The people were all very nice and engaged, and people seemed very high on Pfizer, although there is a pervasive feeling that they have an uncertain future, given Lipitor's patent expiration and uncertainty over what will replace it. The one thing that was very negative in my view was that to reject me they sent a form email from an unmonitored account, and when I contacted a few people I met with to get more feedback, nobody replied. I might expect that if I only had a phone screen, but considering I traveled to NYC twice and was in the final round, I think they owed me some feedback.
