I think that interview was useful as for employee as for Human Resources management too. This allows employees to find a more interesting and profitable job from one side and for Human Resources manager find a more suitable employees

Easy and forward interview, mostly was about my skills and safety procedures of working in lab. Also Most of the questions were about my CV, No questions were about my major (chemistry)
