The software engineering process at Scry.AI is rather peculiar. They have a CEO who appears to be living in his own world, posing irrelevant questions such as which college you applied to for your Master's degree and which admissions you received. These questions have no relevance to my prior work experience and skills as a software developer.
However, if you are fortunate enough, as I was, to progress to the first round of interviews, you'll be subjected to a series of questions and LeetCode problems. I answered almost all the technical questions and solved the leetcode problem, the interviewer seemed satisfied. But later, I was later informed that they would not be moving forward with my application. It would have been helpful if they could have provided some feedback. After all, what more do you expect from candidates who have successfully answered all your technical questions? There's no interest in knowing that your CEO wakes up at 4 AM and what he does during that time.
Best wishes to the interviewers at Scry. Get well soon :)
