It has more rounds than most consulting firms. You need to pass two case interviews before getting invited to a 1st round interview. The interviewer for the 1st round interview didn't prepare for the case and just randomly used the project she just worked on to case me. The case interview in general was not well structured and sort of confusing.

1st round interview at the sharma strategy group was overall pretty straightforward. There was a greater emphasis on case questions than behavioral ones. The interviewer was pretty laid back and nice.
