I arrived for the interview 1.5 hrs in advance. Typical shell lengthy round of interview with questions based on CAR. Telephonic followed by face 2 face. Post face2face interview that may have lasted for more than 45 mins, I was asked to wait outside in a different (empty) room for 10 mins while they assessed my answers. I waited 10.....20....40...50...60 mins ..was even asked to move to another empty room during that wait. Then i lost my patience called my point of contact only to be told that I didn't make it. Having had to wait for an hour in an empty room when I was asked to wait for 10 mins, only to be told that I didn't clear the interview was more disappointing than not getting the offer. Sigh...my time matters too.
