1 st Round - Telephonic My Interview process took 2-3 month , there are no communication from shell after my telephonic interview , this was not expected from shell to keep candidate waiting for long period , my understanding is shell is not giving importance to interview process and the job opportunity for candidate. so if you are appearing for interview please expect delay or ask before interview how and when communication will be done with candidate.
