Took a month to be officially employed. Application was a book (30+ pages). Each in person interview took about an hour. Had to submit application twice because they lost my file, which contained a photo copy of my state ID and social security card.

Really fast and simple. Asked about availability and work history. No questions were really asked. Got a tour of the facility and was told what I would be doing if I were to accept the job.
