Applied through MBA program recruiting on campus. Scheduled with 2 individuals for first round, approximately 2 hrs 15 mins. 2 on 1 interview. Both senior shell managers. one was an "HR consultant" so i'm not sure exactly what that was. Fit past was about 1.5 hrs. very very detailed questions on experiences such as "tell me a time when...". BUt the nthey keep probing. how did you react. how did thye react. why did you do that. how did you do it. why didnt you do that .what were you thinking.
