Very quick, usually towards spring. They did the interview and notified me of selection within the next two days, if not the next day. You basically do the virtual interview then you do an analysis in the live interview with HR people, not function specific people. They do not hire based on personality, and they do not ask personal questions.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
