Intensive, feedback was fast. 1 stage - short phone call with HR, about 15 mins, general questions. 2nd stage - vedic call with category manager, about 1 hour, questions about my particular work responsibilities.

I received the first phone call from HR 4 weeks after I submitted CV. They scheduled a phone call with the person, who should have checked the level of English, additionally they send a 5 min test in order to check my typing skills. All was good, I passed the test and phone call. 1 week later I've been contacted by HR again to schedule one more phone interview. The worst part of this recruitment process was the interview with HR specialist, he was not focused, seemed like didn't listen at all to me, was distracted by something and didn't let me know that he was following my answers. Plus, he was late for the interview for 10 min. I didn't receive any e-mails about scheduled phone calls at all. HR guy promised that they will let me know about the outcome of interview in 5 business days via phone call (no matter what is the result, negative or positive). I've been patiently waiting all this time, but I didn't get any answer during this time frame. As they didn't send me any confirmation details by e-mail I couldn't contact them by myself (no phone numbers, no e-mail addresses). So, with time going on, I totally forgot about my application, but 1 month later I received an e-mail (dry standard e-mail) stating that my candidature didn't succeed (what a surprise!) without providing any specific feedback. Not cool.
