We were having a lot of theft in the dressing rooms because they are not monitored. So I came up with a sheet that required the associates to go in every hr on the hr check the dressing rooms and sign off the time and if any tags were found to turn them in to the AP dept. This gave AP a time to look at cameras and determine theft. It is used throughout the market now.
