There were two interviews. The first interview was mostly asking general questions, such as why do you want to work in Welab, etc. The second interview divided into two parts: Technical and Culture. For the technical part, it was a case interview. For the culture part, it aims to know you more why do u want to work in a startup company.

Applied through LinkedIn, then invited for phone interview. Asked mainly competency questions and about WeLab values. Familiarised yourself with their company values and products. After phone interview will be invited to group interview
