🚨 Today we reported our Q4 2025 and full-year 2025 financial results! 👇 📈 Our full-year 2025 total net sales were €32.7 billion, including €9.7 billion in the fourth quarter — a particularly strong period for ASML that included the revenue recognized for two High NA systems. 🤝 "In the last months, many of our customers have shared a notably more positive assessment of the medium-term market situation, primarily based on more robust expectations of the sustainability of AI-related demand. This is reflected in a marked step-up in their medium-term capacity plans and in our record order intake,” said ASML President and Chief Executive Officer Christophe Fouquet. ➡️ "Therefore, we expect 2026 to be another growth year for ASML's business, largely driven by a significant increase in EUV sales and growth in our installed base business sales” Fouquet said. “We continue to invest in people and footprint to support that growth in 2026 and beyond.” 📊 In 2026, we expect first-quarter total net sales between €8.2 billion and €8.9 billion. We expect R&D costs of around €1.2 billion and SG&A costs of around €0.3 billion. 🔉 “For the full year 2026, we expect total net sales to be between €34 billion and €39 billion, with a gross margin between 51% and 53%," Fouquet said.

🚨 We just reported our Q3 2025 financial results! 👇 📈 Our third-quarter total net sales of €7.5 billion and gross margin of 51.6% were in line with our guidance, reflecting a good quarter for ASML. 🔎 On the technology side, we see litho intensity continue to develop positively as EUV adoption gains momentum, including progress on High NA EUV. In line with our plans to support our customers in the 3D integration space, we shipped ASML’s first product serving Advanced Packaging, the TWINSCAN XT:260, an i-line scanner offering up to 4x productivity compared to existing solutions. 🤝 Our partnership with Mistral AI allows us to embed AI across our entire holistic portfolio, in order to increase the performance and productivity of our systems and the yield of our customers' processes. 📊 On the market side, we have seen continued positive momentum around investments in AI, and have also seen this extending to more customers, both in leading-edge Logic and advanced DRAM. On the other hand, we expect China customer demand, and therefore our China total net sales in 2026 to decline significantly compared to our very strong business there in 2024 and 2025. ➡️ We do not expect 2026 total net sales to be below 2025. We will provide more details on our 2026 outlook in January.
🚨 We recently announced a strategic partnership with Mistral AI. Under this long-term collaboration agreement, we will work together to add Mistral AI’s expertise into our product and development processes, with the goal of enhancing our products and solutions for the benefit of our global customer base. ASML is also investing €1.3 billion in Mistral AI’s Series C funding round as lead investor, to support the collaboration and reinforce the partnership benefits. We believe that this collaboration between ASML and Mistral AI will allow us to innovate faster together, and aims to generate clear benefits for our customers through innovative products and solutions enabled by AI. 🚨 BREAKING: We just reported our Q2 2025 financial results! 👇 📈 Our second-quarter total net sales came in at €7.7 billion, at the top end of our guidance. The gross margin was 53.7%, above guidance, primarily driven by higher upgrade business and one-offs resulting in lower costs. 🔎 We see continued progress in litho intensity, particularly in DRAM, and the introduction of the TWINSCAN NXE:3800E reinforces that momentum. Meanwhile, EUV adoption is advancing as planned, including High NA. This quarter, we shipped the first TWINSCAN EXE:5200B system. 📊 Looking at 2026, we see that our AI customers' fundamentals remain strong. At the same time, we continue to see increasing uncertainty driven by macro-economic and geopolitical developments. Therefore, while we still prepare for growth in 2026, we cannot confirm it at this stage. ➡️ We expect third-quarter total net sales between €7.4 billion and €7.9 billion, with a gross margin between 50% and 52%. We expect R&D costs of around €1.2 billion and SG&A costs of around €310 million. For the full year 2025, we expect a 15% increase in total net sales and a gross margin of around 52%," said ASML President and Chief Executive Officer Christophe Fouquet.
From a humble gathering in 2000 to a global knowledge-sharing event today, our annual Technology Conference has come a long way. 🚀 This year, around 10,000 ASMLers joined by invitation across four locations to explore the latest innovations, research findings and technical breakthroughs. Held by engineers for engineers, the Technology Conference gives our R&D community the space to exchange insights, sharpen ideas and break new frontiers as we keep powering technology forward with you. Here's to innovation through collaboration! 🤝
60 years ago, a chip pioneer made a bold prediction…💡 …that the number of transistors on a chip would double roughly every two years. This simple idea unlocked decades of exponential growth in computing power and fueled innovations that define how we live and connect today. To mark the 60th anniversary of Moore’s Law, we’re re-releasing our 2014 interview with Gordon Moore (1929–2023), filmed in Hawaii, United States. In his own words, discover how one graph became the guiding principle for the semiconductor industry and beyond. Inspired by Moore's legacy, we will continue to advance his vision as we keep powering technology forward with you. 📈
