Leaders Awards 2025: Celebrating the Voices and Achievements of People with Learning Disabilities and Autistic People On Friday 13th June Dimensions announced the winners of its 2025 Learning Disability and Autism Leaders’ Awards. With 14 million disabled people and 700,000 autistic people in the UK, the winners of this year’s awards reflect the diversity of these groups, their achievements, and their hopes for building a more inclusive society in a time of rapid political and societal change. The Leaders’ Awards, run in partnership with Supported Loving, is the UK’s first national awards which recognises people with learning disabilities and autistic people who are challenging stereotypes, pursuing dreams and making communities better for themselves and others. This year’s winners are a set of remarkable campaigners, creatives, community champions and changemakers, who have shown resilience, passion and leadership in their everyday lives
Winner's at this year's Talent Lab Awards! We are thrilled that the Dimensions Group has won in the Best Assessment and Selection Strategy category at the 2025 Talent Lab Awards. This achievement is thanks to our partnership with Cohesion and the introduction of Care Character – a values-based personality assessment tool designed specifically for the care sector. Since its launch in June 2024, it has revolutionised our recruitment process, helping us identify candidates who truly align with our values. An approach Care England have commended, It is now faster, fairer and more effective – ultimately leading to even better care for the people we support. Constructing a New Career in Social Care! Mark left university and worked in construction for six years. He’s now been working in care for nine. As part of his role, he learnt Makaton (a communication tool) to help communicate with the person he supports. You can now find him teaching Makaton workshops. “I feel as though Dimensions has put its faith in me.”
