🎙️ Nothing marks the start of the new year quite like another edition of #CES! Max was live on the ground in Vegas all week taking in the sights and sounds, and in this edition of The Voice of Experience he talks through everything with Elke. Will the future of advertising really be "bots marketing to bots?" Is the rapid proliferation of AI leading to a lack of trustworthiness in the technology? Was a flying car the weirdest thing Max saw on the show floor? And what's the one thing Max will remember at this CES five years from now, and what does that have to do with how many people were at the gym in the Aria at 6 am? All that and more as we kick off 2025 on this edition of the VoX. Listen here: Spotify: https://lnkd.in/gfpGWGDr Apple Podcasts: https://lnkd.in/gBiT3U2y

At GMR, we take pride in our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which provide belonging and work toward equity for people with shared needs, barriers and challenges. As part of our ERG Co-Lead Spotlight Series, we’re hearing from Christopher McCoy, GMR’s Talent Development Lead, who also serves as Co-Lead for Blacklight–an ERG that supports our Black StoryMakers. When asked what’s been the most impactful part of being a Co-Lead, Chris said “the biggest impact, and greatest joy, while serving as a co-lead for Blacklight has been amplifying the voices of our members while upholding our mission. Although this was my first year as a co-lead, our community explored new ways to support one another through our unique challenges and were intentional to celebrate our successes along the way. While co-leading, I have become a better strategist, a better communicator, and a better human – all thanks to my Blacklight family. Uplifting everything Black. Not just a day. Not just a month. Every day. Always.”
