About the Role
You will work in multidisciplinary teams alongside proposition managers, journey experts, UX/UI designers, data analysts, developers, architects, business analysts, and product owners. Together, you will drive impact from end to end — from defining the right customer problem to experimenting, building, launching, and continuously improving. We operate with speed and autonomy, turning insights into decisions and results without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Your Responsibilities

As a Front-End Developer, you will:
Deliver and maintain essential front-end functionalities such as navigation, profiles, and core experience features
Build and sustain a robust and consistent navigation architecture and baseline app experience
Conduct discovery to better understand customer needs, constraints, and opportunities
Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure navigation and conversational interfaces create a seamless and intuitive user experience
Contribute to scalable, reusable solutions that support broader platform development
Ensure performance optimization and “snappy” user experiences across the application
Align with developers, architects, and product owners to uncover and address all relevant use cases
Your Profile
You are a proactive and adaptable front-end developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You think ahead, balance detail with the bigger picture, and make pragmatic decisions about when to abstract and when to keep solutions simple. Strong communication and collaboration skills enable you to work effectively across teams and disciplines.
Required Skills & Experience
Senior-level experience with 5+ years developing complex software solutions in a platform environment
Proven ability to build scalable, framework-independent front-end solutions
Strong knowledge of browser APIs and the UI layer
Solid experience with design systems
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Angular
Experience developing and maintaining shared code used by multiple teams
Experience working within a monorepo environment
Experience with performance optimization and “snappiness” engineering
Nice to Have
Experience with Senses
