QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking. Fresh grad are welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
- Ability to multi-task
- Work efficiently in fast- paced environment
- Willingness to learn and be trained
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Collect all information needed to compute management fee income and prepare billing statements
- Process and reconcile invoices and identifying discrepancies in account statements periodically or whenever necessary
- Keep a thorough record of business transactions and enter data in company's general ledger system and maintain digital and physical financial records
- Supports accountant and accounting head by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks.
