Reviva Clinic is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front-desk operations efficiently, and ensure a welcoming and smooth experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
• Verify patient information and update records in the clinic system
• Handle billing inquiries, collect payments, and issue receipts
• Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
