We are looking for Dutch teachers to join a growing online education platform focused on group-based language learning communities.

This role is ideal for teachers who want to move beyond traditional 1:1 tutoring and teach students in a more scalable, structured environment.

Role Overview

Instead of teaching individual students one-by-one, you will lead small group learning sessions and structured Dutch communities online.

Most teachers in this role typically work with groups of around 5 students per session.

This allows you to:

• Teach more students in less time
• Create structured lessons once and reuse them
• Focus on teaching instead of constant client acquisition
• Build a stable, recurring teaching schedule

What the Teaching Model Looks Like

Many tutors currently charge around €50 euros per hour (5 students per lesson) on average

In this group-based format:

• You teach multiple students at once (typically 5 per session)
• Sessions are structured and repeatable
• Students learn in a community environment

This creates a more consistent and scalable teaching workflow compared to 1:1 tutoring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online Dutch group lessons
• Guide students through structured learning plans
• Encourage participation and speaking practice
• Support learners in a community setting
• Help maintain engagement and consistency

Requirements

• Experience teaching Dutch (online or offline)
• Comfortable leading small groups
• Clear communication and structured teaching style
• Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled sessions
• Passion for helping students improve conversational Dutch

Selection Notice

Salaris: €3.000,00 - €12.000,00 per maand
