As a Production Assistant, you are the logistical linchpin within one of our production departments. In this role, you are responsible for executing short-term planning, monitoring material flow, and working with your team to make processes more efficient and faster. Additionally, your responsibilities include: - Monitoring production progress within one of our departments. - Revising production order schedules and managing internal customer expectations accordingly. - Initiating improvement proposals related to the logistical management of production. - Creating production orders and managing their release by evaluating the availability of materials and capacity. - Managing escalations.

What we expect from you

We are looking for a colleague who thinks in terms of possibilities rather than problems. Someone who enjoys collaborating with other colleagues and takes ownership during projects. - You hold a higher professional education (HBO) degree, preferably in the field of logistics or engineering (Technical Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.). - You have strong communication skills and can work both independently and as part of a team. - You have a proactive attitude and are solution-oriented. - You possess strong analytical skills. - Minimum B2 level in Dutch.
