Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email pertaining to company.
- Assist with customer inquiries and request promptly, accurately and professional.
- Resolve customer complaints tactfully and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain amicable working relationship with the team and different department of the company.
Requirements
- Diploma in any field.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
- Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
- Required skills: Computer literacy, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
