People don’t leave bad jobs, they leave bad leaders
Pluspunten
- Salary - Work-life balance - And that’s about it..
Minpunten
- People are working 20+ years within the bank. With every reorganisation they apply for a new function as there old function will not exist anymore. Important functions, which requires specific knowledge, are being filled with people from the organisation first, instead of hiring people with the right skills and expertise from outside. This results in poor knowledge sharing, mindset and way of working organisation wide.. - No innovation! Changing your insurance results in still getting physical letter confirmation. There’s no option to digitalise it (yet). We are living in 2022?! Also it seems to conflict with the sustainability goals ABN AMRO is pretending to have. - Copying everything from ING. - Top down decisions from leadership without sensing what is needed in the ‘bottom’. Leadership also doesn’t seem to have the correct knowledge/data to back-up their choices. Leadership is not leading by example, not inspiring, not fact based, bad decision making, not showing empathy etc. It’s nice to see more women at the top, but this is very dissapointing.
